Shanwei Sanfeng Environmental Energy Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Sanfeng Environment, signed Shanwei Urban Area Municipal Solid Waste Compaction and Secondary Transfer Project BOT Agreement with Shanwei City Environment and Sanitation Management Bureau. It is regarded as a breakthrough of Sanfeng Environment in the field of the front end extension of waste treatment industrial Chain, which indicates that Sanfeng Environment has formally entered the waste collection and transportation market in China.

The construction content of the Shanwei transfer project consists of the civil works of an 800 TPD municipal solid waste compaction and transfer station, three sets of 200 TPD compaction lines (two lines in use and one backup) and eight 28-cubic-meter box-type hook-arm waste trucks. The whole plant adopts advanced compaction treatment and central control system, equipped with vacuum suction and dust removal, plant spray purification and leachate treatment equipment and so on. Upon completion, the overall standard of municipal solid waste collection and transportation system of Shanwei City will be raised up, achieving municipal solid waste collection, transportation and treatment integration. Also the completion of the project will result to an increase in operation efficiency, reduce transportation cost, effectively prevent the secondary pollution of the sewage and odor generated during the waste transportation process and improve the living environment.

Except from this project, Sanfeng Environment has recently won the bid of Guangdong Luhe Municipal Solid Waste Compaction and Secondary Transfer PPP Project, with treatment capacity of 400 TPD (phase I : 250 TPD).
